All orders are placed immediately and credit card purchases are authorized in real-time. Please print or save your order number for future reference. If you have questions about your order, we'll be able to help you faster if you have this number on hand.

DIscgear.com will send a confirmation email that summarizes your order. When we ship your order, we'll notify you by email. Remember that you can check the status of your order online anytime from Your Account. Here, each of your chosen products will have a status of processed, shipped, completed, backordered, cancelled, or returned, depending on your order activity.

When you place an order with Discgear.com the order fulfillment process starts immediately. So if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
