All Discgear products that do not include electronic components have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage occurred through unintended use of the product is not covered under the lifetime warranty.
Discgear products that contain electronic components have a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. A copy of the original sales receipt from an Authorized Discgear Reseller must accompany your return.
ID dots, title sheets and other items exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decoration, are excluded from this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

I want to return my Discgear storage unit for a refund or exchange. What should I do?
Refunds and Exchanges are available only for items purchased through the Discgear.com online store. These claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Any returns or exchanges must be sent back in new condition: including all original packaging, polybags and inserts.
